### 環境調節系統｜創造穩定舒適的居住環境 群祥機構（CSDC）將林口氣候特性納入住宅規劃，讓全適性住宅不只好用，也能在長期生活中保持舒適與安定。

**住進一個家，每天都在感受環境**

看屋時，人們往往先看地段、價格、坪數與格局；但真正住進去之後，影響生活品質的，常常是家裡是否明亮、空氣是否流通、浴室使用後能不能恢復乾爽、雨天窗邊是否讓人放心。這些感受不是裝潢能補回來的，也不是靠除濕機或空氣清淨機就能完全解決，而是來自住宅在規劃階段就建立好的環境條件。

空間效率著重於格局、動線與尺度能否讓空間被有效使用；環境調節則著重於入住後的採光、通風、濕度與外部氣候，能否讓室內狀態長期保持舒適與穩定。這也是全適性住宅（常見稱為全齡住宅）四大系統中，最貼近日常居住感受的一環。

 

**理解林口氣候，回到前期規劃**

林口有自己的氣候節奏與生活條件。這些條件不是缺點，而是住宅設計必須理解的在地特性。面對風向、濕度與雨天條件的變化，住宅規劃需要先處理日照、空氣流動、用水空間與開口條件，而不是等住戶入住後再依靠設備補救。

**濕區管理**，是日後維護的關鍵。浴室、廚房與陽台等用水空間，若沒有在規劃階段妥善處理，長時間使用後容易累積異味、潮濕與牆面問題。群祥機構會依基地條件與產品定位，透過排氣、防潮建材與窗體配置等方式，降低環境問題累積的機率，讓濕區在使用後更容易恢復乾爽，也更容易照顧。
